Textra + T-Mobile + or - WiFi = MMS won't send.

I've tried the Textra setting for T-Mobie's WiFi calling fix, it doesn't help. Doesn't matter if I am off WiFi or on WiFi MMS messages do not send. Usually it is only picture messages and not group chat messages.

Any ideas as to how to fix this other than not using textra?

Update: Just tried the same message via Messenger and it works fine. I'm rooted + EX Kernel + PureNexus ROM
