[Build Help] Xeon E3-1225v3 vs i5-4570 for server

http://www.cpubenchmark.net/compare.php?cmp[]=1896&cmp[]=1993

I currently have an Unraid server (pcpartpicker here) and I want to upgrade the CPU.

In my configuration is there any reason to get a Xeon? i won't necessarily be gaming on the machine unless I end up upgrading my main PC and move my 780 into the server?
