Help with asking questions in plain form.

Grammar

For an assignment I need to ask myself questions and answer them both in plain form. I have an idea on how to do this. I've learned that when using informal speach you can omit the particles は、を、andが. But I'm having issues with how to end the sentences since you dont use ですか. Do females use の while males use だ?

I have two different examples so please bear with me.

The paper shows a woman asking a man a question

So if i want to ask the question. "What is the name of this building?" in plain form, omitting the particles would be.

この たてもの の なまえ の?

And to answer the question by omitting the particles would be.

ジャクソン としょかん だ。 Meaning Jackson Library.

To ask "What do you do in this building?" Would be:

あなた この たてもの の 中に なに するの?

And to answer would be: 私 どくしょ や べんきょう、リサーチ する

Is any of this correct or am I completely missing the point?

Thanks a ton!
