Setting the Volume on the Fly

I feel like I understand this program well, but I don't seem to be able to understand how to change the volume of songs on the fly. My computer takes years to tab between the game itself and the UI for SLAM, so I generally use the console to change songs and what not. I'd like to be able to change the volume of some songs in the console if that's possible (if that's what "on the fly" means in this context?). If it's not possible, I'll submit a feature request. Please let me know if it's possible along with the commands in the console to access this feature.
