Make Map 25 a Milestone map

This map is a really big thing for kohi. HCTeams recently did Map X where they brought in a lot of new ideas. The owners and staff of that server did a lot to bring the community together. Please staff listen to the players. They know what will make the map work and what is fun. Introduce new ideas and bring back old ones.
