Help buying my first Kindle

I'm about to buy my first Kindle and I'd like some help from this community. What would be the "best" kindle, taking in count price/quality ratio? Or at least what would be the cheapest Kindle i could buy that would'nt leave hanging? Thanks in advance!

Edit: Thank you for your responses, I think we have a winner.
