Nomads - When renting an apartment in a new city what are the extras that you look for/would be nice to have?

I'm redecorating a condo and looking to hopefully rent it out to digital nomads. I would like to hear what, besides a fast internet connection, are things you look for in a rental. Thanks in advance!
