My order never arrived, I forgot the vendors name, and order records disappear after 30 days and I ordered in early January. What can I do?(xpost from /r/AlphaBay)

I messaged AlphaBay support, and the moderator only say "hi. order number?" which I obviously don't have since they disappear after 30 days. What the hell do I do or am I just screwed out of $80?
