CLI vs Powershell

Any ETA on when the feature set will be synced?

Edit: I'm sure this is not the only issue, but I can download my template in CLI, but not in Powershell. I can create service plans in Powershell but not in the CLI.... maddening! So, I can't use either to do the full job I want. And the azure website is super slick. It really is, but there are too many screens to go through!
