Which are considered the legit/reliable RBLs in 2016?

Our e-mail users generally seem pretty quiet & happy, but lately we've gotten a handful of complaints about expected e-mails not arriving.

Come to find out, a former junior admin (who shouldn't have had privs in the first place) took it upon themselves to configure Exim with a ridiculous quantity of RBLs, and all manner legitimate messages were getting returned to senders as spam. I'm honestly rather surprised we didn't have problems sooner.

At this point I've scaled us back to 5 RBLs based on various reviews/reports: abuseat, justspam, barracudacentral, spamhaus, and spamcop.

I know enough to see that SORBS is still the same scam that they always were, but otherwise haven't kept current on the status/operations of the various RBLs in awhile.

What are the RBLs that are worth using nowadays?
