Looking for cheap and decent quality duffel bags, sleeping bags

I am new to Hong Kong and am looking for cheap but decent quality duffel bags and sleeping bags. I am not really keen on name brands that much unless the price is reasonable. I saw some stores around Yau Ma Tei area (surplus and such) but not sure if there is anything better around. Can anyone give some ideas on places to check out? Thanks!
