What are your favorite mods?

I have quite a few mods right now, and I think I'm finally satisfied, but I just want to make sure I am not missing any gems, so if you have a favorite mod, please let me know!

If your favorite mod involves nudity or bigger tits, don't waste your time on me, basement dweller.
