AMZreview trader account was not responsed

I have a ART account and I order ~2-300 stuff already. Suddenly one day I stop receive any email them. I thought that it is normal that sellers dont choose me for one day. It last 2-3 weeks already. I choose different product such as ebook and medicine and they did not even approve or denied me. I wonder anyone have problem like mine. I still can send request and post review. I have not received any email say that my account is blocked/flagged. thank you
