Favorite website boilerplate?

Do you have a favorite boilerplate or starting point? I'm going to be starting a new website on the MEAN stack and I'm looking for a project to kick-start development. A couple pages and a login system would be ideal. So far I've found:

https://github.com/sahat/hackathon-starter

https://github.com/Jmlevick/mean-boilerplate

What do you use when starting a new project?
