Looking for recommendations on a digital 24 hour timer with two independent outputs and sub 5 minute intervals

I appreciate all the information and advice you all have offered in the past. Here I am looking for a timer to control the flip box I put together.

Like the title reads, I need a timer with two independent outputs and sub 5 minute intervals so I can cut ballast power before flipping the relays to avoid arcing.

I know there's the Intermatic ET1725C at over $100,but is there anything more affordable? If not, I'll probably just use two cheaper timers until I have time to build what I need with arduino. I'm just looking for a quick off the shelf option before I go headfirst down the rabbit hole.
