Possible power outage, worried about keeping my little guy warm

So I live in Michigan and we're expecting a huge storm basically right now. If I lose power, would skin-skin contact under a blanket be enough to keep Falkor warm? Our stove is electric, so hot water bottles unfortunately aren't an option.
