My game is being very glitchy, and has reset literally everything.

I got on my xbox today to play the new map and see all the things that had changed. It took forever to connect to the EA servers, and after that, I saw that literally everything on my game had been reset. Stats, unlocks, etc, all gone. Is this a glitch? I'm pretty fucking upset, because I was level 35 and had a lot of upgraded star cards and had spent a lot of time playing the game.
