Did Walgreens not having the marvel Pops possibly save my life?

So I got off work today at 3:00PM and I wanted to check to see if they had the pops. I got stuck at the stop sign at the end of this road that seperates the bank I work at from a side road so I pull up my browser and check and it says "Out of Stock" so I drive home.

I find out now that someone got got their throat cut (Not life threatening, will recover) and the guy escaped to Walgreens after that and he was apprehended at about 3:30. Now could have something happened? YES, AND NO. Just find it funny that a disaster could have been if they had the stock. TLDR: Could have went to Walgreens, No pops so didn't, guy cut another guy and escaped to Walgreens. Something could have happened but didn't and I personally find it funny but it may not really be.
