Does somebody how to resolve a black screen blink on PS4?

So here is the problem: I was playing COD Black ops 3 when suddenly the screen started to blink. Then I quit the game and stayed at the menu for a few minutes, but also at the menu, the TV started to blink. Also, It has happened while I was playing Destiny. I doesn't always happen, just from time to time. At first, I thought that the HDMI cable was the problem, then I changed it for another one, but it keeps happening. I don't know if it is my PS4 or my TV...

I recorded a video for you to see what I am talking about. I don't know if it is related but in any case, when I play Black ops 3, the PS4's fan is working a lot, it's like hearing an airplane. As you could see in the video (0:31), I turned off the PS4 (no signal to the TV's HDMI port) and keeps happening. Do you know what is the problem? Sorry for my bad english....
