Overall Health of the Game (New Player)

I haven't played RS in about 2 years. My old account had about 18 or so 99's but it was somehow perma-banned while I was gone for botting. I decided to just start over and enjoy the game as a lowbie for now.

As I walk through the world, I'm hard-pressed to see that many people. I quick look at the worlds list shows that most of them have very low populations. More so than I remember.

In general, do you still see enough people to make you feel like there are plenty of others playing?
