Having WiFi connection issue. Every other device in my home connects fine??

Ok so, every other device in my home connects to my 5GHz and 2.4GHz networks smoothly. The only thing that won't is my Win 10 PC.

Here is what I've tried: -reset router -restart computer -changed channel on both networks -made sure network card inside computer was correctly connected -tried EVERY OTHER DEVICE on the network

I have Cox 100mbps. I live in Arizona, I have heard that they are having problems currently, but that doesn't explain why only my computer can't connect. (Net card IS able to see and use 2.4/5G networks). I have tried both networks and nothing in router settings is helpful...

At the moment, Ethernet isn't an option, I don't have a long enough cable or any PoE adapters.
