Where should I look for a 3v3 ranked joust team?

I've been solo queuing for a little while now, done modest enough. (17-12 Gold V). Qualified Silver I (7-3 qualifiers). Just curious if there is a medium in which players can get together and find others to play ranked with? Is it weird to do that on the main reddit page?

The LFG channel on Smite doesn't look too appealing, and I've met some great players in ranked games but sometimes their schedules doesn't match mine, and after we initially party up it's just sporadic after that.

Not looking for anything hardcore, by any means, like with a set schedule. Just wanting very active players that have Curse or some sort of VoIP that want to see where it takes us. :)
