Need critique for a high school resume.

I'm applying to a library to work as a page (shelving books, etc) so I was hoping to get some critique on my resume. I'm still in Gr.11 and don't have much work experience at all. I do have volunteer experience, but it's pretty much all from my church, which may be a problem. Also, most of my volunteer work was done during the summer, so I'm not sure how to express that, unless it's fine to just state the years I've done it for. So any and all critique is welcome, since this is my first time writing a resume. Thank you!
