May have purchased the wrong sub/amp combo

Back again, with some new problems! I just realized that even though I purchased a P3D4-12 from Amazon, I have been using a D2 version the whole time (they shipped me the wrong one, but all of the records on the site says I bought the 2ohm version. I didn't I did my research first.) Now I realize I'm not using my full potential power of my amp, the RF R500X1D birth sheet at 607w rms. Is there any remedy for this to be wired either 2 ohm, or run 1 ohm on this amp? I feel like I'm screwed but if anyone can suggest a fix, it's this subbreddit.
