Just phone banked for the first time!

Wow, it actually is pretty damn easy. You are quite nervous for the first few calls but then it gets easier. I'm not a fan of the script they give you but you can just modify it to suit your own vernacular.

Now I understand why phone banking is so important. Although anecdotal, my experience was about 90% hang ups and 10% responses. It could be due to my nerves or time of day I am calling but yeah, tons of hangups.

All in all, it was not hard to do at all and I kept my promise to make at least one call this week. Now it's back to the phones!
