I had a gun pulled on me

So this just happened like 10 minutes ago. My next door neighbor alwaysnhas his music up, working on cars, etc. I walked out and asked him to turn it down because we have children in the house. He gets mad and tells me to deal with it. I told him I was going to file a noise complaint and he pulled a gun on me. I was wondering what I should do, legal wise or any advice?
