Hex/Melee Respec Question

I started my play through as a quality build and want to respec to a melee/hex hybrid https://mugenmonkey.com/darksouls2/43064

I'm about 20 hours into this play through, and wanted to try something different. I really wanted to use a build that benefits from enchanting and infusing weapons, plus use a lot of projectiles. Is this a good way to go?
