Drug Test Help

I've got a drug test (urine) to prepare for in a week and I need as much help as I can get. I know there are a million answers out there but I want to know what works for you guys. I've never done this before.

I'm an everyday user for the past couple of years so this is going to be difficult.

Here's what I know so far: 1.) Drink lots of purified water 2.) Exercise daily 3.) Fish Oil & Vitamin B's

I would like to purchase a detox drink/program to assure negative results. Let me know if you know of anything I can buy that'll help me out.

And yes...I quit smoking.
