Different stats on two devices

I use an iPhone 6 and an iPad Air - both with the same account. I've noticed on my iPhone my stats are higher eg: reverse flash has 49k damage, and on my iPad he has 47k. What would cause this issue? My first thought was support cards, but wouldn't that be account wide and not device specific?
