Easiest one chip solution for addition to LiPo light circuit?

parts

Hi there guys, I'm on the hunt for one specific chip to add to a custom circuit I'm working on.

At the moment, the circuit is very basic, its a Micro USB charged LiPo powered torch, with 4 LEDs in parallel. The battery is a 1s 1000mah, protected by a DW01 on the same board. The layout is actually 100% taken from This very popular prefab board Except with all my resistors and LEDs on the board as well.

Now this is where I need your help! I would like to add a charge level indicator to the circuit, with either 4 LEDs denoting charge increments in 25%, or 5 LEDs denoting 50%. The indicator should be activated with a button, and display for a few moments. Basic stuff right?

After hunting around, I can't seem to find one single chip that handles this, but I'm certain there must be, as it must make an appearance on so many USB power banks.

Thanks for your help guys!
