What rule are swap CC's breaking?

Okay, before people start the shit storm about how they scam and such, I can post google doc of over 100 successful swaps that I did in my time swapping.

Now, I am out of the swapping scene, the reason I am posting this here is because I lost a good community of people who were in the Clan Chat because of the fact that the Clan Chat account was banned.

The problem is that if the clan chat is not scamming, there is no rule that is being broken. The clan chat I was part of hired only real players to advertise, meaning that we were not encouraging rule breaking.

As much as people will hate this, you need to understand that swapping is a bigger part of the game than you think. When the game is split into two versions, and people would like to enjoy both versions, then transfering their gold between servers is needed. Allowing swapping actually makes it so players are not selling gold to buy gold on the other server and vise versa.

I would like to have a J-Mod's response on this. We have been losing accounts and such for breaking rules that are not told. About 8 months ago, Weath mentioned that swapping is not bannable, so why are we getting banned for it?

Any questions for me in my past swapping, feel free to ask.
