Modding question, characters (Vega and Liara) have black eyes, anybody know a fix?

They are really deep black, I mean James is staring into the depths of my soul and Liara looks like she is ready to bang at any second. i am using ME3 explorer and I'm using this mod --> http://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect3/mods/9/? for james and this mod ---> http://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect3/mods/121/? for liara. Should I just get new mods for each character and rewrite them? would that even work?
