Help with avatar reclassing?

I have conquest. My male avatar is lvl 12 with no A supports. I want to use heart seal but I can only reclass into wyvern rider. Should I wait to reclass or should I reclass now? I know I should do it as soon as possible to get the most exp and stat boosts.
