Adhesives

I'm making a pipe like meathods pipe of five wanderers, the bowl sits on top of a bamboo stem, I want to know how I can adhere the bowl as well as seal the airway. What can I use? Edit: I designed the pipe with adhesive in mind, the adhesive would be at 2 points that are not near the airway, it simply holds the bowl In place, is that still a problem? If so my alternate solution is twine
