Is there any way to get the Bayonetta 2 + 1 bundle now that Bayonetta 2 is reprinted as a standalone game?

I know that Amazon has Bayo 2 on sale right now. I've never played the first and I notice that the combo discs are going for kind of hefty prices on Amazon and Ebay. Is there any other place we're I could get it cheap? Are they any special promotions if you buy the sequel and then its original game? Thanks!
