Butyryl-Fentanyl best roa and is it safe even when diluted?

Have a vendor offering butyrl-fentanyl 1:100. (meaning its only 1% pure).

The website does not outline what is in the other 99% of the product, im guessing it's just sucrose or something?

Due to the extreme purity of this substance, would a 50mg dosage of this product be okay for someone who is fairly tolerant to opiates? (i occasionally IV heroin).

What would be the best way to ingest it? IV, smoking? Considering there is 99% of something else in it (which ive emailed the vendor asking about.

Anyone with experience with this sort of opioid-rc product got any tips? thanks
