Lurching

It happened to me at a stop light once a few days ago. I had my foot on the brake and the Jeep lurched a little. My wife drove it today and it was doing it to her on the highway. happened 3-4 times today.

Am I right in thinking it's the TPS? If so, is it hard to replace?
