[Tech] Wired Headset sound skip problem

So, I have an XO Seven from Turtle Beach, it does conect to xbox via the controller, the problem here is that the audio keeps skiping, lagging. Anyone knows a fix for this? I have done some searching about it and best i found out was something about the frequency that the console and the controller communicates to each other. That makes sense since i have not noticed any audio skip while the charger is plugged, I also tested the headset in my phone to make sure it wasn't it. I have only one controller and one headset adapter, so i can't really know it there is a problem with one of those.
