Is weapon/armour exp 'truncated' still?

Like for example, if you are killing a Celestial Dragon it's supposed to give 4% of its cb exp towards an armour. If calculated you get 74.96. However, the wikia says it's 74 which is truncated right?

Imagine if I had an Enlightened Perk 3 (9% more) on this. Do I get 81.7064 exp or 80.66 exp or 80 exp? Wouldn't the decimal places be rounded off to nearest integer or truncated?
