Local install: memcache is hurting, quite a lot.

So, at first I assumed there was just something wrong with my code for a new type of query button that I was using for shits and giggles. Long story short, it wasn't a button at all, if you want to see the code behind it I made a fake patch file (fake because doing one from the commit won't work, there's uncommitted code. Yes I know it does nothing as is; that's because some other JS which would use the input's value to update location.search isn't fake added since it would take far too long for me to type / copypasta out to look like a patch).

At first I assumed that there was just something wrong with what I made; as what was happening is that some of the data attributes weren't being set properly (and when I ran sudo reddit-flush, it updated). However I've since removed this new input code, and caching is still being far too harsh, on just about everything. Is there any way to hard reset it or something? I don't understand why; but any change to any page won't show up until I run sudo reddit-flush now.

Edit: and by everything, I mean everything. Buttons, wrapped author elements, basically anything that is derived from the Templated class. And, using a @pagecache_policy(PAGECACHE_POLICY.NEVER) decorator isn't working either.
