Request -- looking chic in nursing school and clinicals!

Title pretty much sums it up. I don't know how some girls look gorgeous throughout their clinical semester. I have no idea how people find the time to do their hair (I'm also a wavy, frizz at ends hair :( ) and makeup and still look put-together on their outfit too while also working in clinicals and possibly even holding a part time job.

Obviously only so much alteration can really be done with the standard uniform -- probably best option here is little cute hairpins or such as I can, but non-clinicals days I should be able to snazz it up.
