Current Manager for a Telemarketing Campaign(CAN)
So, within the 9 months I have risen from a caller (lowest employee) through assistant manager to my current position as Manager. However, the company I work for is hired by a client in my city. Now The client has decided to go with a different company for the next campaign (starting in April) and they want me involved in management. The Company has also stated interest, however they are brining in a different manager and will be putting me through a management training program and then I will be the assistant manager again. They haven't approached me with direct numbers yet but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to negotiate and minimize any salary reduction or even a raise because of the company change. (might be worthy of noting that the first company is an American company paying me in Canadian-without adjusting for exchange rate. Meaning $500 American = $500 Canadian so I'm already being paid less)
