My ex-boyfriend might be playing mind games. It's driving me up the wall.

This is going to make me sound like a nut, but I don't even care. Just have to get this out of my head.

My ex and I "dated" twice. Once for four months, and he dumped me for a 16 year old (he was 21). Then again for about a year, he dragged me along until dumping me via text. This was years ago. Moved on and we're both happily married to other people.

This fucker acts like he's still involved in my life and is almost trying to one up me. Even my friends have pointed it out to me. I posted a photo on Instagram about getting new glasses; he does the same a few days later with a very similar caption. He tweets about news at my alma mater, which he didn't attend, so why the fuck does he care at all about the university president retiring? It's not like he knew her, but he apparently "respects her so much." Oh, go eat a dick.

He still is "in touch" with my friends, tweeting at them. He even tweets with my old college professors. We're in the same field, so it's not completely out of nowhere, but WTF? THOSE ARE MY PROFESSORS AND MENTORS WHY WHY WHYYY

Then a few days ago, I posted a photo on Instagram because my husband and I have been married for six months (yay!), and I wanted to post a wedding photo. Nothing huge or crazy because I'm not about that life. The next fucking day, my ex posts a long love letter to his wife on Facebook because they've been married for nine months and people are just FAWNING over this shit.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills, but this is NOT normal, right? Why the fuck is he acting like he's either trying to one up me or passive aggressively get a rise out of me?

And I know I should unfollow him and unfriend him. It hasn't really been an issue until now because it seems to be coming up more and more over the last month or two. I just want him to get out of my life and go live his. WHY WON'T HE DO THAT.
