Windows 8.1

I have had a windows phone for the past year or so, and due to breaking it pretty severely, I recently got a new phone. I am back to android (5.1, I believe) .

I have realized I don't really like android. I really miss the windows phone. I am wondering if there is a ROM similar to windows 8.1 that can flash onto my phone. It is an lg tribute 5, btw
