Today's score for $25 - Polaroid 35mm Power Processor + a bunch of film + Impulse SE + unknown accessories

I got this today from a seller for $25: http://imgur.com/a/7XSLG

A friend found this for me on a craigslist-type website, so I went ahead and got it the same day.

I got a brand new Polaroid 35mm Power Processor in the box, and it appears to have never been used before. I also got a bunch of film to develop in it.

Included was a pretty okay looking Impulse SE (with only the counter cover missing.

And there was this weird magnifying glass attachment that I don't know what it's used for. There were also these 3 metal rings. Can anyone tell what they're for? Presumably the rings have nothing to do with this kit, and the seller just didn't know what to do with them.
