Bern Out the Night (Bernin' 4 U) [Meta Suggestion]

What does everybody think about loosening up the submission rules between about 12 and 6 am EST?

Exceptions can obviously be made for major events, but the idea is posts which are ordinarily forbidden or discouraged such as memes, theme music videos, reposts and rollicking satire would be permitted during those non-peak Reddit times. Reddiquette would still apply along with a limited rollback of house rules. Maybe we also could apply a nighttime theme.

In short, this would give some of our overseas, international and late-shift brothers and sisters a unique opportunity to boost morale with dank memes to feast on before starting business the next day.

I have already approached the mods with this idea and they did not say no, so this is an opportunity for the community to weigh in.

Edit: Tl/dr: If this place doesn't figure out a way to blow off some steam, and I mean soon, something's gonna pop.
