ADA dropped my case based on edited video from my assailant

How do you get a battery case restored? My employer physically assaulted me when he thought I threw a box at him but didn't. He was arrested back in August. The police came and watched video of the incident and based on his own brother's eye witness testimony of the whole thing they took him to jail. But now six months later the ADA decided to dismiss the case based on a video of me throwing a box but after the box leaves my hand he switches camera angles in the video to show a box hitting him where I am not in frame. When I threw the box it bounced off of a light I did not hit him. When I asked the ADA why he can't show the entire footage from the same angle after I threw the box she got defensive. I told her he has obviously edited the video and she told me she the case was closed and she was done talking to me and hung up the phone. She also "accidentally" signed a revised bond order allowing him to come near me at work again. I had to report this to her boss to get it removed. This event happened after I've been filming him on my cellphone for two years showing him bullying me and cussing me I even had a video where he shoved me and she had all these videos and I discussed them to her.
