Where can I find 5.45 mag floor plates/springs/followers?

I recently picked up some bakelite 5.45 magazine bodies and now I'd like to find the remaining parts. I'm on the AK Files as you read this but just wondering if anyone knew of a source for said parts off the top of their head.
