Kind of a weird issue with my authenticator...

This is strange. I cant seem to type letters into the authenticator 6 digit box. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? I can enter my password in with no problems which has a letter in it. Not sure if anybody knows anything about this. Thanks.

Its not my keyboard, ive tested it with multiple keyboards.
