Roughly 90% of my cloth inventory comes from Pre-War Money which means everything I build with cloth in it is made mostly of money.

I have all of my trade routes going to one central settlement (Red Rocket) and its the only place I drop my junk so I have a fairly good idea of my overall building materials. I'm level 58 with 2295 cloth total and 2023 Pre-War Money.
